“De Luni Încep Să” heart-to-heart meetings

Over the coming months I will travel to several European cities to meet the people of the “De Luni Încep Să” community face to face.

These meetings are for:

  • people who are in the programme now;
  • people who have been through the programme;
  • people who follow the project and want to meet in person;
  • people who are thinking of starting the programme;
  • anyone who simply wants to talk about health, extra weight, food, lifestyle and change.

I want these to be relaxed, honest and close meetings. We will talk about health, extra weight, food, motivation, obstacles, results and real experiences. I will be there for questions and conversation on anything related to my experience and the “De Luni Încep Să” project.

Taking part in the group meetings is free.

I will be in each city for three days, and during that time a few one-to-one meetings of 60 minutes each will be available. One-to-one consultations can be booked for the day before the event, the day of the event or the day after.

One-to-one meeting: 100 EUR / 60 minutes. Places are limited.

The group meetings are free, but we recommend signing up in advance so we can estimate how many people will come. The exact time and venue of each meeting will be announced later. If you would like a 60-minute one-to-one meeting, it can be booked on any of the three days I am in the city: the day before the event, the day of the event or the day after. One-to-one meeting: 100 EUR / 60 minutes. Places for one-to-one meetings are limited.
