Let us meet in Como for a heart-to-heart with the “De Luni Încep Să” community

On 17 October I am coming to the community in Como, Italy, for a meeting in person.

I look forward to seeing those who are in the programme now, those who were with us in the past and those who follow me and want to get acquainted.

If you are thinking of joining the programme and want to meet me first, ask questions and understand better how we work, this meeting is for you too.

We will talk openly about health, extra weight, food, changing habits, motivation and the real experiences of people in the programme.

It will not be a stiff conference. I want it to be a warm meeting, where we have time to talk, get to know each other and answer your questions.

The group meetings are free, but we recommend signing up in advance so we can estimate how many people will come. The exact time and venue of each meeting will be announced later. If you would like a 60-minute one-to-one meeting, it can be booked on any of the three days I am in the city: the day before the event, the day of the event or the day after. One-to-one meeting: 100 EUR / 60 minutes. Places for one-to-one meetings are limited.
