On 23 December I am coming to Cologne, Germany.
It is a special time of year, and I want this to be a close and honest meeting — not just about kilos, but about health, change and the people who choose to do something for themselves.
I look forward to seeing those who are in the programme now, those who have been in it, those who follow the project and those who want to get to know me before deciding to start.
We can talk about health, extra weight, food, motivation, results, obstacles and any other questions on your mind.
I will be there to talk with you directly, without rushing and without barriers.

The group meetings are free, but we recommend signing up in advance so we can estimate how many people will come. The exact time and venue of each meeting will be announced later. If you would like a 60-minute one-to-one meeting, it can be booked on any of the three days I am in the city: the day before the event, the day of the event or the day after. One-to-one meeting: 100 EUR / 60 minutes. Places for one-to-one meetings are limited.
